Google has teamed up with us as a UK first for the new Google checkout.
The Google Checkout service has many benefits:
- It shows Google Checkout customers more relevant information in Google search results by displaying the Google Checkout badge on the sponsored links of merchants that offer Google Checkout.
- In order to simplify the buying process. Google Checkout provides customers with a single checkout mechanism, so you don't have to share your credit card details with every store you purchase from. A single login is all you need for use across multiple stores.
- You can keep track of all your purchase in one place at Google.
Using Google Checkout on the TeckNet Web site
1. Once you have found the product you would like to purchase click the "BUY" button on the product page. This will add the product to your shopping cart.

2. When you have added all the items to your cart that you need, proceed to the checkout summary page by clicking the "View Cart" option in the Cart.

3. Select the Google Checkout payment method

If you do not already have a Google Account, simply complete the sign up form.
You only ever need to do this once. The next time you want to pay with your Google account at TeckNet, all you have to do is log in to it - couldn't be simpler !
Important Information
- Credit/Debit Card Information: Your credit/debit card information is stored in your Google Checkout account. Charges to your credit card are made by Google Payment Corporation, and your credit/debit card information is not shared with TeckNet or any other merchant that uses Google Checkout.
- Complete Purchase History: You will have a universal purchase history for all purchases made using Google Checkout whether from TeckNet or other merchants using Google Checkout. This universal purchase history will be maintained in your Google Checkout account.
- TeckNet account: If you do not log in to you TeckNet account before proceeding through google checkout, you will not be able to view your order information / print invoices, etc. through your TeckNet account.

I have made a mistake on my order can I amend it?
No amendments are able to be processed on an order placed via Google checkout. In order to resolve this, the order will have to be fully cancelled and a new order would need to be created with the correct information.
I want to return an item how do I do that?
If you wish to return an item please contact our customer support team who will create a returns on line. TeckNet returns terms and conditions still apply for orders placed via Google checkout.
I'm registered with TeckNet but when purchasing using the Google checkout it said I don't have to log into my TeckNet account. However my Google order isn't showing on my TeckNet account.
If you have an TeckNet account and are logged in at the time of placing the Google Checkout order this order will be mapped to your TeckNet account and will appear as a normal order would do. Similarly, if you are not logged in and go through to the Google Checkout page and sign up for a Google Checkout account using the same email address as is on your TeckNet account the order will be mapped to your TeckNet account, again appearing as a normal order would. However if you are sign up for a Google account using a different email address to the one registered to your TeckNet account this will create a new account.
