- I need to return an item, how do I do this?
Returning an item to TeckNet is a simple process. Simply check the Return Guide and follow the on screen instructions, it can be found here
- How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Our aim is to process your return on the same day we receive the item in our warehouse The maximum length of time it may take will be 72 hours. You will receive confirmation emails when your Return has been processed.
- Why does my first order have to be delivered to my Credit/Debit card billing address?
By delivering your first order to your billing address it enables us to complete the final stages of our security checks and also helps us offer you the service of delivering any subsequent orders to the address of your choice (within the UK).
- What time will my order be delivered?
We are using Royal Mail normal mail, recorded mail, and special deliver service. We can not guarantee that when the order will be delivered. After posting the order to you, we will send the dispatching message to you. In general, you will receive the order within 1-5 working days.
For Royal Mail normal mail & Recorded mail, the delivery time will take about 1-5 working days
For Royal Mail Special Delivery, it will take 24 hours.
- What happens to my order if I am not in when Royal Mail attempts to deliver it?
If you are not in when Royal Mail attempts delivery they will leave a Royal Mail collection card, you can collect the mail from your Royal Mail local office.
